Spectrum K12 School Solutions national technical support is available via telephone Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. EST to 7:00 p.m. EST, excluding holidays.
Post-implementation support for all Spectrum K12 clients is provided by the Spectrum K12 National Centralized Support Team (NCST). The Spectrum K12 NCST is located at company headquarters in Towson, Maryland, and provides Level 2 and Level 3 support to its geographically dispersed clients.
Spectrum K12 representatives receive extensive training and certification in all Spectrum K12 applications. In addition, Spectrum K12 client support representatives are well-versed in Windows applications, Internet technologies and Windows desktop technology.
